this weighs 2.32 grams and has a diameter of 23 millimeters. Yes, there is a head on one side, but it is hard to make out. There are some letters but I cannot quite make them out.

Well you are stuck with a number of the Jupiter Follis coins of Licinius, Constantine, Maximinius II etc and I think you will have to go with bust only. I straightened the bust out a bit.
