I've just recently acquired my first couple errors on wheat cents, a ND Wheat cent struck 90% or so off center and a 1943-S Steel cent with an uncentered broadstrike.
Unfortunately they both have a bit of damage but they were pretty cheap so I'm happy!
the first photo show me a 80% off strike. The second I do not finish because of the photo take and I have to go by pixels. Seem to be around 15% not yet confirm.
Those are good pick ups! A 1943-S in AU55 that looks fairly similar to yours with a 10% off center strike just sold on ebay for $175 a couple days ago. It was in a PCGS holder, which adds value, but your coin is not a cheap one in any condition.
