I believe there is doubling on the third and fourth columns. If so, what type is it? Thanks in advance.

Not doubling as the other columns would be affected the same. More of die polishing issue that altered the bays on the die. (The bays are level with the fields on the die. Thus if the polisher falls into the coin for the column, the outside of the dies fields could be reduced by being altered, and the coins would show a raised area, just like you are seeing on your coin. So it is not a doubled die.

I always try to have you see, what I see on a coin. To me, that is the best way to learn.
