Hello. I'm still new to all of this but I believe the obverse and reverse of this coin are both Struck Through Grease if that's possible? I know the value increases as the disturbed area size increases. There is also an indentation on the obverse at 6:00 and the reverse at 12:00. Also, Washington's head and the arch on the reverse look doubled-offset by at least 1/8". Thoughts?

I don't think this is an error coin, but it looks to have been damaged after it was struck. The surface looks like it could be heat damage.
