Okay...your 1979 cent is plated in something magnetic. It's just a normal coin that's been damaged by plating. And so...the good news. Your 1995D cent is a rare and valuable doubled die. I cannot see what grade it's in from your images, but it appears to be at least AU. In that grade, the coin is worth a cool $100-$150. There are only a few dozen of these known, they are FAR less common that the far better known 1995P doubled die. That's one HECK of a find there guy. Chalk up another very rare case of someone strolling in saying they have doubling, and instead of seeing the usual Machine Doubling, it really is a rare doubled die!
