Well friends, I found this 1982 large date copper (3.1 grams) with nothing of note on the obverse. However extensive examination of the reverse shows what appears to be small amounts of either Machine Doubling or a small doubled die. Before I am pummeled for Heresy please look at the United States of America and note a small rotation sticking out under the script from right to left. There appears to be nothing on the one cent script. The coin is very worn and I apologize for the number of pics but visual information counts! Note the small die cracks, one from the left of the memorial roof by the T of United to the rim and the other at the right base under the designer's initials to the rim, both very light. Let me know your thoughts! Regards to all.
I see a lot of similarities on your cent with VarietyVista.com s DDR-002 however your first A in America just doesn't look thick enough.....therefore makes me lean towards MD also
