According to the photograde program I am using, the minimum grade illustrated is Vf and it has more detail on the eagle's head, neck and upper wing than your specimen. In addition there is slightly better hair detail on the obverse than your specimen. For those reasons I would have to be conservative and say it grades F-12 or perhaps F-15.

The toning makes it hard to discern...and on a worn coin more so for at least me?

VF35 but not at that level value wise due to the eye appeal. since its a common date anything below MS is pretty much going to be about the same price give or take a couple bucks so it really doesn't matter much
