I don't work for CNG but a large chunk of my collection is sourced through them.

The next Feature Auction has several interesting coins, particularly of 3rd Century Usurpers. Some of these guys are only known through their coins.

As a Severan Dynasty devotee another coin is a gold aureus showing the family on the reverse. I've only seen this coin at the Capitoline Museum in Rome. It is a beautiful piece - although Julia Domna's nose looks like it's been smacked by Caracalla. I'm searching for spare change in the sofa now to come up with the $18k initial bid.
