If they're clearly labeled "Copies", is there an infraction here?

For Canadian counterfeits unlike their US counterparts, the word "copy" is not enough. Coins from 1858 to present cannot be replicated at all, period. Government issued Banknotes must be uniface or significantly smaller or larger in size to be considered replicas.
The seller also has a number of Chartered Bank Note copies and Provincial Note copies, I don't know if these are allowed or not.

Quote: If they're clearly labeled "Copies", is there an infraction here? According to ebay, that is irrelevant. If it is the same size and printed on both sides, it can be removed.

Current ebay requirements for currency: 1) Counterfeit currency is not allowed. 2) Only one-sided replica paper currency that follows these rules can be listed: a) Size is less than 75% or greater than 150% of the genuine currency b) The listing includes a photo of the actual replica paper currency being sold c) The listing includes the word "replica" in the title and description It is no longer relevant if the currency is marked COPY, or REPLICA, etc. It must meet the rules above. I have yet to see a listing for replica currency that actually meets all of the current ebay policy requirements.

In the listing that is the subject of this post: a) The seller makes no mention of the size of the replicas. b) The seller makes no claim that the currency is one-sided. c) In one image provided by the seller, it is clearly not one-sided because you can see the back of the note (in reverse).

There are other fakes on ebay but for the most part I haven't been posting them on this forum. I was removed from the Counterfeit Forum for no reason and without explanation quite a while ago, you guys can find them on your own, coins as well.

Due to some "dealers" whining and empty threats with lawsuits, Bobby removed everyone from the counterfeit forums.
If it is something you want to pitch in and help out, you just have to ask.
