Your looking in the wrong areas for a DDR. They are on the central areas if the design. The outer devices are incuse. (Opposite of raised) when we think of a doubled die on raised devices, because the incuse devices act opposite as raised devices. Raised devices are wider on a doubled die. On incuse devices, the are taller or wider on Machine Doubling. The DDRs are actually smaller in size on incuse devices. (Just opposite of raised devices)
Can I prove this. Well on the 2013 cent there is a doubled die that explains what I just mentioned.

Look at this die information. Note all the raised devices are enlarged. Now look at the EPU. These devices are incuse on this coin. Now look at the incuse devices. Note they are reduced in size, on the incuse devices. And the raised devices are enlarged. So on your quarter, these incuse devices, if they were a DDR, would be reduced in size. They would be enlarged by Machine Doubling. So because the post 2000 quarters are the single squeeze dies. The DDR/DDOs are doubled on the central areas of the design. There are no DDRs listed on any of these quarters. It just can' happen there.

I missed that. They had the 2019 and 2020 West Point Quarters. They are random. I was look at that yesterday and missed that. So that coin is a keeper. Found it:

How many West Point quarters were produced?
More than 1.65 billion of them were quarters with mintages that ranged from 231 million to 475 million across five designs. The U.S. Mint is on track to make about the same number of quarters in 2020.Apr 6, 2020

How much is a 2020 West Point quarter worth?
The value of a 2020-W quarter is based on the condition of the coin: A worn 2020-W quarter can fetch between $5 and $10. A 2020-W quarter in average uncirculated condition is generally worth $15 to $20. The nicest 2020-W quarters — those grading Mint State-68 or better can bring more than $500.
