Hi,

I just recently purchased a brass dollar token depicting George Washington on the obverse and Cumberland Gardens on the reverse. The item is made of brass and is 28mm in size. I've attempted to gather more information on this but have been unable to do so. Any help on addtional information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

@harvey, my go-to for these is tokencatalog.com. Here is a link to your piece:

to the CCF, Harvey.

This was a resort property, situated on the Cumberland Plateau, off Route 70, between Crab Orchard & Crossville, TN. It may be more closely associated with Crossville than Crab Orchard. The business seems to date to the early 1980's and didn't much succeed. I picked up one of these tokens about two years ago, along with the box of matches, pictured below .....

Thank you all so much for the information. I actually tried the 800 number but it appears to be re-issued to another business. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks again...!
