I bought a 1954 proof set and found this penny in it. It looks like some doubling on the date, liberty, and In God We Trust. I can't find any DDO for this date and would like some second opinions. Thank you

If it is a proof or not I do not pronounce. Also for DDO. But I can say between B end R from Liberty it is a planchet crack. Small but it is. Seem the coin was struck from the begin of the planchet because those small crack are characteristic. The black part of the coin in front of the head at East seem to be from metal purge impurities. This need better test and analyze.

. I see the odd letters in WE TRUST, but I think that is a form of MD not a DDO.
