1988 D Lincoln Cent With Bubbling. - Coin Community Forum

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 05/17/2021 10:53 am Very common, sometimes worse than others: They discovered a few later, that the issue was zinc dust that was plated on to the zinc planchets. Not a good thing for the coin. Report this Post to the Staff
