I would like to hear some thoughts on where this Cent could Grade. Thanks!

That is a really tough coin to find in AU or better grades. I have one at AU-53, and yours looks sharper than mine.

If PCGS has no other issues with it, I would be willing to bet they would slab that in an AU-55 to AU-58 holder, and it would be a top 10 coin.

I'll say AU-55, possibly 58. Beauty.

At first glance the coin looks higher grade.
But it has a lot of wear, especially on the obverse.
Some of the drapery lines have become indistinct and the ornamentation on the robe is quite worn, the ribbon where it touches the neck has worn through, the laurel leaves and hair above the ear have lost a lot of detail and some of the leaves are merging with the hair , eyebrow and eyelid also showing significant wear.
On the reverse the leaves and stems of the pitcher plant have become quite flattened especially on the right side, the band and center of the crown are also quite flattened and the wear on one fleur de lis is such that it has merged with the background.
Just too much wear on this coin for AU, IMO.

Blow up the 2nd last pic. Dings, a scratch and a big gouge. And I see the wear DBM states.
