Hi new poster here I have just recived a 1945 inverted s cent in ac cond, I have never heard of this error before, has anyone? any info, would help. thanks Robert

There is no information on one because to date one has not yet been discovered. We need to see an image of the coin to affirm your claim.

ok I got this on e-bay last month, it looks like the 1946 post that I read on here but no break in the s. how do I upload a pic,?

Nope...that one's normal. To be inverted the squared off serif would be on top and the rounded serif would be on bottom. That's why you can't find anything listed on an inverted 1945S mintmark. There are still none known.

thanks it still looks rounded on bottom to me and I have a uc 1909 from same seller also a error think I will have them slabed to be sure. then stick to my large cents and barber 50 cents where I know a little bit. thanks for your help Robert

Having that 1945S cent slabbed would be a complete waste of money - but each is to his own. I sure could use the $30 for better things.
