I was thinking about crossing this over to PCGS but it really doesn't look MS-64... plus there are scratches through the ribbon on the reverse, maybe will make it a details coin? panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18836 Posts	Posted 05/18/2021 09:21 am if it grades straight its not going to come back as MS64 especially with the flatness of the diamond area and lower curl. its tough to grade from these photos as the lighting is quite poor. MS63 maybe but a details designation would be dependent on the depth of the scratches and they may look worse due to the amount of magnification you are using. I would say it has a pretty good shot at a details designation though. Report this Post to the Staff
