So this was a purchase off
ebay. Easy attribution with the heavy die scratches in GOD. Won the bid for $0.99 and it came in with light hairlines in the fields but cartwheel luster still present. Not anything super noticeable but it's likely that it's been lightly cleaned in the past. Regardless, it was probably no more than $5 spent total and it's another 1972
DDO to cross off the list.
I am attempting to assemble the set of the 9 1972 DDOs in the CPG. So far I own:
FS-101 in about MS64RB
FS-107 in about MS65RD, maybe a 66 (past trade, will likely post it soon)
FS-103 in about UNC details BN
FS-103 isn't a super hard die to find so I'll likely upgrade this one in the near-ish future, the only hard part is finding an EDS/MDS example. Lots of LDS examples out there and they just get so mushy as the die ages.
