Ok,
I actually changed the post a bit.. D/D/D Rpm..
See new photos.. you can see all 3 pretty easily...
Well at least on my phone I can..
If you look at the top inside on D mint mark you will see 2 different lines..
Look at my tracing pic then reference the close up pic I added..
**** Tracing pic is not spot on accurate***
Just a reference and the two lines are higher up and closer together than the trace..

I see your white wavy lines over your closeup, but cannot tell anything because the wavy white lines are in the way.

I can see it clearly..
More than likely bc I scoped it & know where to look..
Yes I know my $12 scope takes crappy pictures and yes its ALOT more clear on live feed..
Probably just gonna ship it off to wexlers to get it documented..

Can you post the close up one without the white marks on it?

RPMs are punched into the die. Thus they rise able the fields in the exact shape of the mintmark punch. They are only called a RM when you can actually see the second or more punching with a spread on the mintmark. There are cases where the mintmark punch was removed, but with a big loss of value:
http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds
Note the comment on the lower box below the information:

Quote:

1954D-1MM-001
| D/D/D NORTH & SOUTH (MDS)
CONECA: RPM-001 | Crawford:CRPM-001
Wexler: WRPM-001 | FS#:501
coin photographed is credited to Rogers' Coins.
This repunched mintmark shows as a nice spread to the north and a weaker spread to the south. The south spread disappears at around LMDS and is not visible on most LDS specimens. Value should be adjusted downward by 25% for LDS specimens due to this fact. Old #021.76

Another example of a mintmark getting polished away:
http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds
This one doesn't mention the missing RPM, But I've seen examples that had the markers, and was that die, but no mention of a drop in value? Why Because there was nothing left to prove it was that die. So it would probably be ignored with out the RPM.
Another cause where they reduced a doubled die because part of the DDO was polished off is this die:
http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=eds

Quote:

1963D-1DO-001
| CLASS 8 (EDS)
CONECA: DDO-001 | Crawford:CDDO-001
Wexler: WDDO-001 | FS#:101
coin photographed is credited to Jason Cuvelier.
A tilted hubbing shows a CCW spread as a very low 3 under a normal 3. This die varies in visibility and value from EDS through LDS. Earlier die states show a portion of the very low 3 under the primary 3. Values given are for MDS. Double the values for EDS and take off 25% for LDS. Old CPG #025,8

So with the missing area outside of the design, that was polished away, the area inside would still show the RPM. A large percentage of these do not have the lower loop, thus the reduction.
But on your coin just seeing that is not really there is not a RPM. No evidence to prove these were actual punched by the mintmark punch.

I know.. I need a better quality scope bc the pictures it takes truly suck a butt..
$10 Amazon scope..
But the live feed looks great and I did see rasied areas.
I also can make them out in the pictures above bc I know where they are..
Understandable that y'all can't make it out..
