Is this a coin I should keep? I'm new and trying to figure out what's worth keeping so thanks for the advice.

This is environmental damage. Most collectors would not consider this worth keeping.

It does have an interesting look, but the coin seems to have some Zinc Rot and damage issues along the rims. I don't think it will ever have a value above face.

If you find it interesting, why not keep it? It only cost you one cent!

Agree with Yokozuna. No better way to get deeper into coin collecting than keeping and enjoying the coins you like looking at. If value isn't a big deal, enjoy!

Cool colour, but coin is in poor condition with zinc rot setting in. Doesn't cost you much to keep, but it's slowly literally eating itself with the zinc rot of which there is no cure, so don't expect it to last forever, sorry.
