So, do we have any GTP fans in the audience? The original GTP topic, retroactively referred to as Season 1, was started by DK20K in July 2008. It actually contains a first season, botched playoffs (where yours truly made a big mistake), and a second incomplete season where the points carried over from the first (which is why it is treated as one season). GTP was a rusty roller coaster which needed some polish, so I took over in November 2008 and presented Guess The Price - TNG (The Next Generation), now referred to as Season 2. After 17 more seasons of tweaks and changes, the game has settled into the one you know and love. I have to say, overall it has been one of the most rewarding parts of my time on CCF. I do thank all who have participated in all aspects of the game. This was the first Ike I presented in a GTP Round. It is in my 7070.

Whoa, whoa, whoa there JBuck. Slow your roll, friend. Take your time and savor these last hundred plus posts. You certainly don't want to wrap it all up in June. As a great American, you should aim to make that 100,000th post on our nation's birthday, July 4th.

Great idea for a thread jbuck! I look forward to reading your reminisces about your time here on CCF and to seeing your IKEs presented with their stories. I can honestly say that I don't aspire to reach your level - it would be pointless for me to ever try to match the unmatchable! Thanks for all of the time you dedicate to CCF and for the work you do behind the scenes!

jbuck incredible support you have always shown us at CCF - and this is going to be an epic hall-of-fame thread as you approach this milestone post. What is most remarkable is not simply the nice clean number ... but your unbelievable commitment all of these years to support us. Quote: So, do we have any GTP fans in the audience? I've been a full participant in about 50 seasons or so .... and it was fun to read about the start. So - as I often say on GTP ... Many Thanks jbuck for all you do for all of us.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.artToo many hobbies .... too much work .... not enough time.
