This Morgan is certified by NGC as Mint State 62 with a curved clip @ K:4 (four o'clock area on the obverse.) I wish I could check to see if it's underweight, but I don't want to break it out of the NGC slab. With the small size of the clip, it might not make much of a difference.

Probably the weight is normal. When even the least amount on the edge is missing, it make a big announcement on the rim on the coins with the Denticles on them:
