Back in the '90's I acquired a number of sales tax, fare and merchant tokens as part of an accumulation of coins I purchased. I identified them all but for this one, a 2-1/2¢ J.A. Bond token. Several years ago I uploaded images of this to tokencatalog.com, but so far I've seen no other examples nor been able to find any clues as to its origin. It's about 4.7g and 24mm in diameter. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Glad to see that you uploaded pics to tokencatalog as I was just about to send you there. Hopefully one of out experts on tokens can help you out!

Thanks, Spence. That site helped me out on another token I'd had trouble with at the time; I received some feedback that pointed me in the right direction on my research and I was finally able to determine its origin. However, this one has been a continuing puzzle for me!
