It is not a delamination. It is a cracked planchet. We can see clear this and not to forgot that the crack it is horizontal and vertical and due to strike some metal can fly-out.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you on that silviosi . From my knowledge of error coins, I believe this to be a lamination. A cracked planchet would be present on both sides of the coin, not just one. Plus, the crack would be deep and penetrate further than just the surface of the coin.
