I really thought this was PMD until I looked at the rim. So much damage! But I do see some faint images of the design in the cracks as well.

I have looked at other cracked planchet errors but none are like this.

Gouges are somewhat mirrored on each side.

Tried all different ways to photograph, sending best. Please complain if not good enough. Still waiting on phone magnifier:(

The fact that you can see design traces in the cuts and that the edges bulge out around them indicate that the metal started where it was supposed to be. I hope that helps!

No magnifier needed. Intentional harsh post mint damage ( PMD).
