It is hard to say with these two. I think the 1894 is a fake because I see that colouring (Yellowy) on many recent Chinese fakes, where the coins are aged.
I think your 1897 could be real, however in that condition (G to VG) it's only worth melt value (Around $10 USD).
Some friendly advice for you in the future.
In future, you need to do a ping test on coins.
Magnet test, - silver is not magnetic, if the coin is magnetic its fake.
Look at details on the coin - if it looks vague or poorly defined - its could be fake.
Cost of your coins, decent silver coins should cost at least melt value and often more. If you are paying $1 or so (I guess about 10 or less new shekels (Not sure of what currency is used in Palestine, are you in West Bank or Gaza?) - its likely fake)
How you got them (Coin shop, collector are usually good,
ebay or a market stall are less good).
Never, ever, ever clean or attempt to clean a coin, no matter how worn or dirty it is. Any cleaning ruins the contexct, can cause damage and even undermine the chemical composition of a coin.
Use the numista catalogue to find out more information about your coins - its entirely FREE. -

After all if you don't ask questions, you will never learn about the fun of coin collecting!
