1925 S Lincoln Wheat Cent Mint Error - Struck On Thin-Rolled Planchet 2.54g

Just pulled this one from a blue Whitman album. The loss of devices on the obverse caught my attention and turns out it's a good one.

I found one of these, also a 1925-S but even lighter at 2.25g, back in December and based on a quick look at mint mark position seems likely they were from the same die getting fed a few thin-rolled planchets.

again if one area is affected with a lot less metal, it could have been a prestrike split off on the planchet?
