Found this one the same day I found the bicentennial quarter I posted earlier. Me & my buddies have a poker game every Saturday night which gives me the opportunity to search coins from multiple areas of the state all at once. And because of that I've found several of the West Point Privy Mark quarters. We don't play penny poker by the way lol it just happen to be in my pocket that night.

I'm just seeing Machine Doubling.
Variety Vista has no listing for all three mints.

Wexler lists a doubled ear on the Philly mint.

1999-S No DDO for that one.

Coppercoins, no listings for all three mints.

Your coin is just Machine Doubling on those areas.
