I would bet just about every state and ATB Quarter that has a raised feature at the center of the design has at least a couple of these. (There was one of this type quarter I found in change that had part of a curve, that was raised, just below the bow of the boat. The raised part was on the die. I'll have to see if I can find it to show and get opinions.) Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
