Unc detials (very harshly scrubbed).

ICCS would grade this as ef40 (as a 'net grade' even though they say they do not net grade.)

Ouch! That's just painful. It's still collectible and still a high value coin.

I agree with the upthread comments that this coin would receive an adjusted net grade. Even so, it would find a home at a decent price. I do suggest submitting it to a TPG. Establishing authenticity would expand the market for the coin. Even a low adjusted TPG grade would allow a buyer to make an informed choice based on the coin's appearance. Regardless of TPG grade opinion, it's quite likely to end up north of $1000.
