Thought this was interesting. Filed down to about the size of a dime. Last picture is showing the diameter reduction compared to a normal small cent.

Looks like acid, agree. Pretty unusual find on a coin like this.

Probably a metal detector find. Trying to clean it, but left in acid too long.

i figgured acid but I was trying to confirm if this was cut to be the size of a dime...
