Even if you HAD something "rare" (I'm not seeing it), it now has a huge fingerprint on it from you holding it like you are in your photo. Purchase inexpensive cotton gloves from anywhere that sells hobby supplies to handle any shiny coins.

Where exactly do you see doubling? We're bad guessers.

I think this coin has been modified either on purpose or it could be damage from a dryer as noted above. A tool to reduce the size of copper pipe for fittings will produce the same edge. Not an error, just Post Mint Damage. PMD
