A damaged coin is worth face value. This is not a mint error. It is equivalent to a wrecked car in the junkyard. Not a mint error. Just physical abuse.

What Coop said. The good news though is that unlike a junkyard car, a trashed quarter still drives just fine and is good for the intended 25 cents that a brand new one would be worth.
