You are seeing a linear plating bubble. (gas under the plating) If you take a toothpick and press down on it, it will flatten. Not a premium for the coin. Eventually when it breaks, zinc rot will start to set in. It is a spender.

As we explained, there is no premium for this. It is a problem going forward with the coin. It may/may not be an issue down the road, but most of the time in circulation, they will split and expose the zinc. Then the countdown begins for the coin. So no premium for this.
