I'm getting good at finding worthless doubling! The "T"'s in United and States and thickness of letters are throwing me off. Thanks!

The die is aging and the devices are moving towards the rims and a little bounce after the strike added that mark on the devices that caught your eye. All the other devices are not showing that. Just in the direction of the machine doubling. This die wear can get real extreme in later die states:

Faint Die Deterioration, agree this is of little interest.
