It was given to me in a coin club in middle school and I gave it to my dad and back to me now, anyways u guys know any background on this coin? It's tiny but legit don't care really about value but always good to know but more interested on why these even exist? What's the story? What's the face value it doesn't seem to say? Or am I missing something?

There's not much to say, I don't think. It's a fractional bullion coin issued by the Mexican mint. This particular issue doesn't have a face value, as it's not really a coin.
