Always show a complete photo of both sides along with an explanation of what you see as an error
This saves us from having to guess at what you see.

If it's the area in the fields that isn't smooth, it looks like the die had oil with a little debris on it's surfaces when your coin was struck. It's struck through, but not so that it would demand a premium over face value.

I agree, either water or oil with a bit of debris altered the strike on that area.
