1979 Susan B Anthony Near Date With RPM

Greetings all I have a 1979 near date but your parents to be a p over p mint mark is it possible to have a Cud in that mint mark maybe a piece of the die broke I researched it and Philadelphia came up with three mint marks and did not see anything like the one I got in there and I'm getting mixed reviews I'm included some pretty good pics and love to have you people check them out and let me know thanks your site is great

. It does appear to be a near date. The mint mark kinda looks like it may have taken a hit,but hard to tell with those photos.

It can't be a Cud as a Cud only involves the rim.
Possible it is a broken die or taken a hit but the photo
is too out of focus to say.
Also only one clear photo is required, you are showing three of the same thing.

I can't find any listings for an RPM, but a clearer pic is needed to determine anything.

There is no RPM. That is Machine Doubling on the lower area of the mintmark.
