Looks like a grease-filled die issue. Not uncommon.

Any chance we can look at large and sharp photos of the full coin--front and back? Thanks. Helps establish context; might see additional issues.

@Treeshaker: I do not understand why it is this coin a poll. This one was already on this forum, here just a poster name change.

For me it is not a poll because seem to be big offence to the community. If was a certify coin and make a poll of opinion yes, but your coin is far to be a good coin for poll and high grade coin; which a collector is interested on..

It is a striking event. That die had that device filled with grease. While it is called a filled with grease error, it is not a premium coin.
