The photos appear to be blow ups of lower resolution images. Are the 'squiggle-like' features present on the coin, or are they .jpeg (image) artifacts? Difficult of judge grade at this point.

They are resized because they were too big for uploading, taken with my smartphone camera. They are present, although they appear to be tarnish as opposed to scratches, as they don't seem to have any depth.

Seems to me, some luster may be under that toning...put me in at least MS-64
