Chaney New Member United States 14 Posts	Posted 06/20/2021 10:09 am Just found this in my grandfathers coins from years ago. Never seen where a couple letters are pushed in and not out. It's the same thickness as others just seemed off I don't think I've ever seen one like it. Maybe someone knows more about it than me. And the coin is oblonged not squished? Chaney New Member United States 14 Posts	Posted 06/20/2021 1:00 pm I should have figured the out of round but when I layed another Wheat penny over the reg shaped coin was perfectly matching the odd coins edge all the way around it. The damaged coin just had odd form like it looks waved but if viewed from the side the edge all the way around is same thickness so I thought I'd ask. Just inherited handfuls of random old coins and wanted to learn some. Report this Post to the Staff
