Hmm not seeing anything similar listed at tokencatalog.com. Elsewhere on the interwebs it seems like there may have been multiple versions of this token from different German towns (e.g. Holtenau). Sorry that I can't be more helpful, but hopefully someone else will have better luck.

Luftwaffe ..... " Construction ", "management" is the translation from German.
My father in law was in the German Army from 1940 / 1945
Had a similar piece . He was first in a construction battalion
building airfields in Occupied France .
