French Brass Token That Features A Bagpipe

Presumably the bagpipes were the logo of the establishment that issued the token. The figure '10' presumably means that the token had a face value of 10 centimes. UK ones often have ½d or 1d denominations on them. A couple of websites that specialise in these pieces are: http://multicollec.net/1-mo-h/1h49 (Les jetons "à consommer") and https://wikicollection.fr/?p=17284 (Catalogue des jetons à consommer).
