2018 LSC WDDR-001 New Die Stage?

What's happening to the bottom of the banner clear across? Like it is under E of ONE.

There is strong Machine Doubling on the bottoms of 'ONE'. So I feel this is a normal cent with the distortion of the Machine Doubling. The bottom of the shield is also affected by the Machine Doubling. So it is a normal coin with Machine Doubling. Take a look at the EPU. You should see enlargement on the tops of the EPU devices. When the bottoms of the raised devices are affected, the tops of the devices on incuse devices will be affected (enlarged). You should see that on your coin.

Note on this coin with the MD on the right side of the devices, and on the incuse devices the left side of the devices are affected. (just opposite) So include images of the EPU devices. That area should be affected on your coin.

Shortly after making this post, I came to the same conclusion as I looked at a few other similar cents.

There is indeed Machine Doubling there, but it is more emphasized because of the lighting glare as you mentioned Tanman.

Thanks for the assistance everyone, I realized this before you all responded but I felt like it would be good for clarification so I kept it up.

Indeed it is Coop. I myself need a slight bit of reeducating as you might've noticed. Shield cents have always been tricky for me, and being away from the hobby for a bit has taken its tole.
