Any Information About This Kenedy Token? I Guess It Is From Texas

Hi, a friend of mine found this token with a metal detector, It is damaged but you can read "Good for 1.00" on one side and in the other side "Kenedy" "La Parra Ranch" I know that there was a Kenedy ranch in Texas that now at days is a foundation named The John G. and Marie Stella Kenedy Memorial Foundation. However I don't know any more, and I could't find another token like this on internet, Does anybody has more information? is this token already classified? I would appreciate any information. I will add the pictures that my friend sent to me.

Better pictures of just the token would be helpful. The hand, fingers and flash reflection are very distracting.
