Looks a bit like a punk rock mohawk. A potentially un-related story about pink nail polish on coins. Back when I was a kid and worked in a restaurant/bar that had a juke box, the boss there would occasionally "seed" the juke box with house money to encourage patrons to keep the music going. He painted the quarters with pink nail polish so that he could remove those from the till at the end of the week (and re-use).
