I found this only while coin roll hunting. My scale is accurate. Is this in the normal tolerance for a 1954 penny that's in ok condition? It only weighs 2.934 grams. Photos below.

It is within tolerance
Anywhere between 2.90 and 3.23 is acceptable.

Note some of the devices are weak? That is from it being just slightly under weight.
