Somewhere in your photo processing, a number of images have been distorted dimensionally. Also, there's quite a bit of glare and liquid-like contrast on the coin's surfaces, which suggests enlargements of low resolution images.

Interesting coin, would like to see large and sharp images without the glare. Thanks.

Looks like a proof to me. Hard to tell from the photos. Maybe lacquered

My photo setup is currently junk. I'm using a cheap micro, unfortunately it was all I could afford at the moment. A few pics came from my phone, which is a cheap kyocera construction worker phone. I know the color is showing terribly, this is such a beautiful shiny example. I'll get a shot with my phone to show the brilliance, soon I will be setup better, promise.

I second proof. Photos too distorted to grade.

Proof would make sense, its like taking a picture of a mirror. Every angle just blasts light back at the camera. Thats a bummer for this one and the other 2 62's I got like it but I'm hoping my 58 is the same and gets a dcam pr 67 or better. I'll post some of the photos after I optimize them. thanks guys. I'm learning a lot(like dont buy cheap cameras:)

You don't need an expensive camera, but diffused lighting would really help. I'm guessing the grading fees would be higher than the value of this coin, so I wouldn't recommend submitting.

Bubba , forget about sending this coin anywhere . It's a common date brilliant proof . Sadly not PF-68 or Cameo ,and you need to brush up on your photography skills

1962 proof, cost to grade would be much more than the coin is worth.
