2016 P Washington Quarter-Rim Cud Obverse?

When small chips break off the of the gutter, it makes the rim taller on that affected area. On a Die Cud the edge of the die would be affected. Both are on the die, so the rim Cud would probably not retire the die. A die could would retire the die: Report this Post to the Staff
