The date on this quarter shows what looks like a doubled 6.
It doesn't look like anything I am familiar with. Machine or otherwise.
Would appreciate your thoughts on it or if you know what it is your answers.

Vending Machine damaged. They were used a lot back then to buy sodas. So the mileage was higher on them then. Also factor in casino usage for they used cards.
