I picked this up today and thought it was a good deal. It is one of the first coins I have purchased. Do you think it leans more towards the AU or BU? Note: I believe it is full bell.

not sure, with the pics, provided, But not full bell lines.. and I have have doubts, it will make au.

@thad, first welcome to CCF. Second, when asking for estimates on grade, you'll find much better answers if you take pics of your coin with it outside the 2x2 and orient it correctly. Thx!

The array of photos posted is a bit scattered--can't tell all that much given the diversity of image characteristics. Lighting source seems widely variable.

I was just trying different parts of the house to get a clearer image. It's very lustrous if I'm using the right word. Otherwise its polished junk. I'll take more practice shots next time.

based on the photos AU55/58. Bell lines indeterminate. there appears to be a couple decent scratches on the bell. not sure its enough to details the coin with these photos
